Shipping & Handling Policy for LampAura LTD

What Is A Business Day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays when the postal services are closed. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. The postal holiday calendar can be checked on your local postal service website.

What Are The Delivery Times?
Delivery times are generally between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM local time on weekdays.

What Happens If I Am Absent On The Day My Delivery Is Scheduled?
If you are absent when the delivery is scheduled, the courier will leave a parcel or notice on your door or mailbox, allowing you to reschedule the delivery or pick up your package at your local post office.

What Happens If My Purchase Was Returned To Sender?
If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to confirm your address.
If we cannot make contact within five (5) business days after multiple attempts, we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee and the return-to-sender shipping costs.

How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order is shipped and you provided your email, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

What About Pre-Order Items?
Orders including pre-order products will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately, place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

Free Shipping Restrictions

  • Free shipping offers are available as advertised.

  • Some products are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Due to the high costs of international shipping, carriers are instructed not to return packages after multiple failed delivery attempts.
